Payment Steps

  1. After placing your order, note down your "Order Number" (e.g., ORD123456).
  2. Scan the corresponding QR Code and complete the payment.
  3. Make sure to enter your "Order Number" in the payment remarks field (otherwise, reconciliation will not be possible).
  4. After successful payment, take a screenshot of the "Payment Successful" screen for your records.

Confirmation Process After Payment

After completing payment, please immediately send the following information via WhatsApp 9411 7664:

  1. "Payment Successful" screenshot
  2. Order Number

We will log into the merchant backend to verify the transaction record and arrange for shipping immediately after confirmation. No modified or forged screenshots will be accepted.
